Sally Cossey, owner of An Elegant Touch Professional Skin Care Salon is regarded as the top choice makeup artist by professional photographers as well as her loyal clientele. She is an experienced professional makeup artist and is highly skilled in working with all skin types, colors, and ages. Her experience includes professional models, fashion shows, film shoots, CD and album covers; and special event photography. As a licensed esthetician and professional makeup artist, Sally has extensive industry and graduate makeup training including:

Sally's special talent and creativity shine through with her ability to enhance a person's natural beauty. She became interested in makeup because of her love of art and color. Like painting on canvas, she combines colors and textures bringing out the best in every client's skin tone. She has always had a keen passion for helping people feel good about themselves. Using her talents, she can create a clean, natural or avant-garde look. Her specialties include:

• Paramedical Camouflage Makeup — Sally worked in conjunction with surgeons and patients for reconstructive surgery, burns, scars, and acne (Sally was a surgical nurse in 1975 and for many years assisted doctors in surgery for many types of reconstruction and cosmetic surgeries).
